Since episode 1 went live in 2015, it’s been more than three years since I started documenting and vlogging my day.

Today there are more than 440 edited and uploaded episodes of DailyVee that you can consume .. and i promise this is just the beginning.

For those of you that have only joined this journey in the last few months, or have discovered me on Insta, from the podcast or maybe my appearance on Hot Ones! (cleanest f*cking bones i swear! 🍗🐔)

I thought it was a good opportunity to highlight a some key moments from the verryy beginning.

Here are 10 episodes of DailyVee that you should watch that you probably haven’t.

1. NO COAT, NO SHOES, NO KEYNOTE | DailyVee 001

Published on Dec 4, 2015

This is it. The initial experiment of documenting my day. I play morning basketball with the boys and run into some trouble at my keynote where they don’t want to let me in to give the talk 😉

2. SNAPPING MY WAY THROUGH VEGAS | DailyVee 003

Published on Jan 6, 2016

This one is a hidden gem ;) I was able to understand the growing wave of consumer attention on Snapchat and talk about DJ Khaled being the biggest person on the platform before we all decided to go all-in.

btw .. I haven’t slowed down. I’m going just as hard right now. It would be really smart for u to tune in!

Add me on Snap here ! 📲👻

3. THE THEORY OF A FIVE YEAR PLAN | DailyVee 005

Published on Jan 13, 2016

Are 5 year plans practical in today’s world? I meet with a young “operator” and size myself up to a smart person who is part of the next generation of business hungry kids. Here are my thoughts in 2016.

4. THE CHEF THAT GREW UP | DailyVee 012

Published on Feb 3, 2016

Why it’s important to stay close to the sun ☀️ The practitioner always wins. Even though you are going after your own self interest … By proxy, by sawdust, by process, you are bringing so much good to the world, and that’s an incredibly intoxicating feeling.

5. NICE WATCHES & FERRARIS | DailyVee 013

Published on Feb 8, 2016

Going 1:1 on Snap and trying to bring value to my community. Entrepreneurship wasn’t so “cool” 20 years ago .. It’s about the process, not the nice watch and the Ferrari. I sit down with another entrepreneur who had already built a big business and wanted to enter the personal brand game. My #1 piece of advice was to go all in on “you” by being authentic your business, product service or philosophy. Don’t sell people bullshit .. i.e Nice watches and Ferrari’s .. Build a real business, speak your truth and do it right. So many people are trying to “Fake the Funk” when comes to building a personal brad which leads to an enormous vulnerability and insecurity for those trying to produce content at scale. This is still some of the most valuable advice I could ever give to anyone out there looking to do the same thing.

6. TWENTY-FOUR-SEVEN-365 | DailyVee 014

Published on Feb 13, 2016

DRock made this a very motivational episode for some, and I gave an epic talk on work ethic and the energy I have to execute to a senior team at LinkedIn.

The big insight here is that Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram are ABC, NBC, and CBS, and all I’ve done is figured out how to make Seinfeld, and the Andy Griffith show ;)

7. THE ARCHITECT AND THE MASON | DailyVee 017

Published on Feb 27, 2016

In entrepreneurship you have to be the architect, the plumber and the mason. You have to set the vision, lay the bricks and fill the pipes. This is the epitome of clouds and dirt. Some days you are running around, giving speeches, and meeting Billionaires and the next day you are in the office, all day over President’s Day weekend when everyone else is off, building the foundation of your business and putting in the work

8. DROPPING KNOWLEDGE AT DIOR | DailyVee 018

Published on Mar 1, 2016

I was asked to speak to the senior leadership at Dior on the value of customer service and customer retention which is really the foundation of my second business book, “The Thank You Economy” and how one random act of kindness led to a big win for Wine Library. I tell the story of how i surprise and delight our customers which leads to unbounded upside for a business when done right.

9. EMPATHY AND GRATITUDE | DailyVee 022

My two superpowers and the reason I will never lose in life or business. If there is only 1–2 things I could wish for you outside of good health and happiness .. it would be empathy, gratitude and perspective.

10. THE RELIGION OF A HUMAN BASED COMPANY | DailyVee 031

The greatest strategy ever .. CARE! As an HR driven CEO of VaynerMedia, I’m doing everything I can to put my employees in the best possible position to succeed. Whether that’s more vacation time or a 10 minute conversation with me, my door is always open. If you want to build something meaningful and valuable, I challenge you from the bottom of my heart to do it with honey instead of vinegar. It will change your energy and it will change the execution of your game!
